Courage might be rarer than genius.
Lately, I’ve been rethinking the role of founders. Most of us praise them for their brilliant ideas, but in reality, I’m starting to believe it’s not the genius we need more of—it’s courage. 💪
Why? Because building something new, from scratch, in a world that’s comfortable with the status quo isn’t about being smart. It’s about taking risks when most would play it safe.

* Individuals? Too isolated to create big change alone.
* Startups? They walk the line—small enough to stay agile, big enough to tackle real challenges.
It’s no wonder Peter Thiel calls startups “the largest group you can convince of a plan to build a different future.”
But I’m curious—how do we balance bold vision with realistic execution? 🤷♂️
