It’s tempting to assume that a great founder just has a unique idea. But in reality, it’s the ability to bring others on board and build a shared vision that sets them apart.
Peter Thiel says the ideal startup is “the largest group you can convince of a plan to build a different future.” And I think he’s on to something:
Small, mission-driven teams have fewer distractions.
Founders can make bold decisions without layers of red tape.
But they also know when to let others step up.
Maybe that’s the hardest part — being decisive but humble enough to know your limits.
